Mechanic

Job Description: 1.Proven experience as Heavy Mechanic 2.Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of machinery 3.Working knowledge of machine diagnostic systems and methods 4.Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift) 5.Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc. 6.Excellent physical condition 7.High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred. Willing to travel and work in Rawang, Selangor. Job Responsibility 1.Inspect machine engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately. 2.Inspect machine computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade. 3.Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to machines functionality and longevity. 4.Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise operator on good machine use 5.Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks) 6.Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job. 7.Keep logs on work and issues. 8.Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
