
Account Executive
• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank transactions
• Trace and verify payments, receipts, and outstanding accounts
• Prepare financial documents and reports for audit and tax submission
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of transactions
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Assist with any other finance-related tasks as required
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
