JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing payroll administration and benefits. Process employees monthly overtime and allowances after verification from respective departments. Preparation of payroll information to payroll provider after verification of HRM by 7th of every month. Ensures Income Tax submission for expatriates prior to them leaving the country or expiration of contract. Maintaining required confidentiality of every employee information, payroll related and maintains HR database. Take part in internal & external audit compliance and make sure all the documents related in readiness. Participate in annual salary and bonus review. Coordination of yearly salary data for review and analysis. Managing on new recruitment and resignation including conducting new hires orientation. Conducting on an induction program on companies policy and health/insurance program. Coordinates on the documentation, application, submission and approvals for expatriate employment pass. Updating job descriptions, job adverts, job application forms To handle employee complaints and disputes failing which to escalate to HRM. Ensure advice is based on HR Handbook and rules and regulations determined by Mgmt. Monthly processing of claims strictly to be based on HR policy Involved with HRM in every communication session and items raised to be minuted Closure or non-closure of issues with reasons to be notified to employees. Coordinates monthly reports on payroll,headcount and all HR related activities by 1st week of every month.
