Strategic Planning and Execution - Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency and growth within the area. - Participate in the planning and execution of new outlet openings as part of the company’s expansion strategy. - Provide feedback and insights from the outlet level to inform broader company strategies. Staff Development and Training - Train and mentor Outlet Managers and PICs to enhance their management skills and performance. - Implement staff development programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Communication and Reporting - Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager about the status and challenges of the outlets. - Prepare detailed reports on outlet operations, staff performance, and customer feedback. Risk Management - Identify and address operational risks within the area, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks. Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer feedback promptly. - Maintain service quality and compliance with health and safety standards. Collaboration with Key Departments - Work closely with HR, Training, Marketing, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and the effective implementation of company strategies. Halal Compliance Expertise - Possess comprehensive knowledge of Halal food preparation standards and ensure all culinary practices comply with Halal certification requirements. Management of Staff Hostel - Oversee the management and upkeep of the staff hostel to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all residing employees. - Coordinate with facilities management to address maintenance issues, enforce hostel rules, and ensure that accommodations meet health and safety standards. Reporting - Provide regular reports to the Operations Manager on operational performance, staff feedback, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
