Job Responsibility: 1.To provide administration support to Contract Department. 2.Assist in the preparation of tender documents and procurement activities. 3.Ensure that all tender documents comply with company standards and client requirements. 4.Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation, assigned by the contract team. 5.Maintain proper filing of all Contractor claim/ Purchase Order/ Delivery Order/ Invoices and etc. 6.To assist on the printing, photocopying and distributing of correspondences and documents internally and externally via email or courier. 7.Responsible for the day to day operational matters of the Contract Department. 8.To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. Job Requirement: 1.Candidate must possess at least diploma in Business Administration or any related field. 2.Preferably staff specialize in Clerical/ Administration Support or equivalent. 3.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 4.Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word. 5.Able to work independently with high limited guidance. 6.Willing to work at Bukit Jalil city, KL.
