Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Notification Management - Accurately manage service requests, track statuses, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Spare Parts Coordination - Oversee orders, tracking, returns, and inventory accuracy with warehouses and distributors.
  • Service Workflow Monitoring - Assign service jobs, schedule tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Documentation & Reporting - Utilize Excel for service reports, presentations, and audit-ready records.
  • Google Review Management - Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally and efficiently.
  • Internal Coordination - Act as the bridge between customer service, logistics, technical teams, and administration.
  • Marketing & Customer Experience Support - Assist in engagement campaigns, customer satisfaction initiatives, and roadshows.
  • E-Store Complaint Handling - Address online store inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication.
  • What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, preferable in after-sales or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office (pivot tables, charts, documentation).
  • Excellent communications and coordination skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
