Monitor and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Utilize CRM systems and data analytics to track customer behavior, sales trends, and business performance. Marketing Strategy & Market Analysis Develop comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute branding initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee the growth and optimization of e-commerce platforms, ensuring a strong digital presence and customer engagement. Drive brand awareness and market penetration by leveraging both traditional and digital marketing strategies. Strategic Partnerships & International Expansion Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key corporate clients and industry partners. Leverage foreign market connections to explore international business expansion opportunities.
