Working day: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) Company Name: Minlon Group Office: Seri Kembangan Job Scope / Responsibilities: • Prepare the full sets of accounts for dormant and JV companies on monthly basis • Perform the day-to-day preparation financial transactions from recording the payments and receipts, processing cheque ie: manually and online banking and simultaneously updating the cash book balance • Ensure the accuracy and completeness the timely processing of payment and collection from/to contractor/suppliers ie: creditor ageing, interest inter-company, bank in or collection • Perform the bank and creditor/debtor reconciliation • Preparation and submission via e-filing of company corporate tax and revise tax to IRB and liaise with tax agents • Prepare the audited financial statements • Liaise with bankers, internal and external auditors • Assists in preparation of ad hoc reports as and when required Requirements: Candidates must possess at least diploma in Accounting or equivalent. Having experience in related field is an advantage. Possess good knowledge of account software (Autocount), Excel and Word). Kindly please email your resume to [email protected]
