Job Description: 1. Administrative Support: - Manage the ED/CEO calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. - Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. 2. Meeting Coordination: - Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. - Attend meetings with the ED/CEO, take notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless meeting logistics. 4. Project Management: - Assist the ED/CEO in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved. - Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making. - Track progress on initiatives and provide regular updates to the ED/CEO. 5. Confidentiality and Discretion: - Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. - Maintain discretion in all interactions and communications. 6. Personal Assistance: - Provide personal support to the ED/CEO as needed, including managing personal appointments, errands, and other tasks.
