• As a Business consultant with 2-5 years of experience, Business Requirements Gathering: Lead sessions to gather and document business needs, aligning them with business goals. you will lead business transformation efforts by analyzing, designing, and implementing complex solutions. • You will manage defect triage, create defect reports, and may contribute to quality analysis, ensuring projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards. • Design / Document / Implement / Test / Deploy systems & solutions to meet the business needs • Work closely with Project Manager, Business Analyst and Technical Delivery teams to ensure quality of deliveries • Coordinate ST, SIT and UAT activities. • Responsible for production deployment and relevant change management processes. • Prepare accurate and detailed Change Request, User Requirements and walkthrough with System Analyst & Business Subject Matter Expert and perform any revisions as necessary. • Facilitates necessary discussions to identify viable solutions to the business problem, factoring in the outcomes of the impact analysis. Quality AnalystBusiness Requirements Gathering: Experience in leading sessions to gather and document business needs. Writing FSD: Ability to write clear and detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skill in working with various teams to ensure business needs are met. Defect Triage: Experience in managing and prioritizing defects effectively. Defect Summary Reports: Ability to create detailed reports on defects and analyze data for insights. Systems Integration: Experience in aligning specifications across different systems for smooth integration. • Understanding of software development and system configuration principles. • Understanding of databases and basic SQL can be beneficial. • Ability to analyze data and system configurations to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. • Work with System Analyst & IT Business Analyst to identify test scope, scenarios, and total test cases. • Ensure clarity and deep understanding of the new product/enhancement background/features, UR, FSD & System Design, to enable a robust and comprehensive Test Plan to be created. • Perform impact analysis and work with relevant stakeholder to make a decision. • Agreed test scenarios / situations where Business Users (as Tester) will assist in test execution • Communicate effectively or provide training to keep relevant stakeholders and business users of latest system enhancement/changes or issues. • Covering UR, Test Plan, UAT & Post QC support • Daily sync-up with Tester pool on test execution progress, defects, pass rates. • Minimum Job Requirements: • University Degree in any discipline or holder of professional certificate such as FLMI, AAII, AMII or its equivalent. • With strong sense of teamwork, analyse and document complex business processes, • think analytically. and should be a problem solver, Possess high level of drive and initiative. Highly mobile. • Good understanding on Project Management fundamentals & governance • Able to communicate with all levels and able to provide/obtain clear and specific requirements and instructions between business users & IT. • Regular sync-up with peers from the BA pool and the Tester pool, coordinate amongst fellow BA from other specializations. • External stakeholder communications: adhoc meetings, project board meeting, escalation, clarification, alignment and facilitating discussions. • To ensure accurate inputs on resource availability to the D&S team; to enable meaningful discussions on task / project scheduling. • Ensuring quality and timely delivery of the User Requirements for all system enhancements / projects / new products / production incidents, focusing on “On-Time, On-Budget, On-Scope • Ensure accurate assessments on required effort for tasks /projects, advising & securing on resource required on test execution, to enable projects to be delivered ‘on-time, on-budget, on-scope’. • Actively identify and highlight risks and issues related to the tasks, and to actively contribute in identification of solutions and mitigating steps. • Experience in system development and system configuration is an added advantage.
