Drives process improvements, operational efficiency and best practices across Supply Chain through Carlsberg Excellence. This role involves analysing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvement in productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness across Supply Chain. Develop effective problem-solving approach and foster continuous improvement culture with shopfloor employees, engineers and leaders in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation & facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives through Carlsberg Excellence
  • Collaborate closely with regional functional team on E2E strategy execution, roll-out & drives standardisation in alignment with regional initiatives
  • Identify gaps in performance, troubleshooting, deciding on solutions, implementing improvements & measuring results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives & process improvement projects
  • Training and coaching employees on problem solving tools & methodologies
  • Identify and train a core group of Continuous Improvement leaders in the organisation as Excellence Ambassadors
  • Develop and maintain a reporting process for continuous improvement projects
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
    through improvement plan & strategy deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field
  • 5 years of experience in beverage industry / manufacturing / supply chain under process improvement, operations management or continuous improvement role
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Experience in change management and driving continuous improvement culture
  • Excellent training, communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & data analysis tool (Power BI)
