Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, assessments and other recruitment activities
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:-
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
