Admin Clerk cum Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
1) Provide general office administration duties support; ie answer phone calls, order office supplies, maintain contact lists, and etc.
2) Able to perform basic bookkeeping and simple account entries.
3) Undertake any other specific task or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by Director.
Requirements:
1) Good literacy in using Microsoft Word and Excel for office administration works [MUST].
2) Able to multitask with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
3) Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
4) Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and photocopy machines.
5) Minimum SPM. Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is preferable.
6) Fresh graduate welcome to apply. Candidate that have minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields is added advantage.
7) Able to work in fast paced environment with high stress tolerance.
Working Hour:
1) Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm)
2) During probation, may require to report work on alternate Saturday half day (for bookkeeping & data entry training)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Experience:
