  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Kelayakan:

  • Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
  • Able to speak in English
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an

automotive workshop, with at least 2 years in a
supervisory/managerial role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and

operational costs.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Tanggungjawab:

  • Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote service department business and increase revenue
  • Communicate with customers to understand their

vehicle service needs and maintain good
relationship with them.

  • Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacka
  • Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
  • Monitor workshop expenses and ensure cost control measures.
  • Manage inventory levels, order spare parts, and negotiate with vendors
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and

manufacturer specification

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
