  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 + Commission
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6-day work week (1 designated off day between Monday and Thursday)
Location: No. 11, Jalan Boling Padang H 13/H, Section 13, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Scope
1) Promote and upsell spa services and packages to walk-in and online customers
2) Achieve monthly sales targets through active client engagement
3) Stay informed about spa treatments and products to make accurate recommendations
4) Greet and assist customers with inquiries, promotions, and booking details
5) Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently
6) Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits
7) Manage appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and online systems
8) Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
9) Record sales transactions and customer information accurately
10) Engage with customers on social media to support marketing campaigns
11) Maintain a customer database for marketing and follow-up purposes
12) Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports

Preferred Qualifications
1) Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or spa industry
2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3) Goal-driven with a proactive sales attitude
4) Tech-savvy and comfortable using messaging apps and scheduling tools
5) Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor
6) Able to work independently and as part of a team
