  • Handle account data entry for transportation, staff claims and sundry payments.
  • Assist in preparation and execution of Non trade related payment, ie GDEX, GPS, Diesel, Spare Part, Touch & Go etc.
  • Assist trade payment entry as and when required.
  • Handling monthly recurring payment ie monthly loan instalment, HP Instalment and tax & rental payment & etc.
  • Arrange fleet and repair bill for approval.
  • Manage directors credit card payment and claim
  • Assist team lead in monthly account payables reconciliation reports;
  • Filling & keeping record of all documents
  • Responsible for general office administration and any others ad hoc duty assigned
  • Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior.

Qualification:

  • Accounting knowledge with computer literature
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
