- Handle account data entry for transportation, staff claims and sundry payments.
- Assist in preparation and execution of Non trade related payment, ie GDEX, GPS, Diesel, Spare Part, Touch & Go etc.
- Assist trade payment entry as and when required.
- Handling monthly recurring payment ie monthly loan instalment, HP Instalment and tax & rental payment & etc.
- Arrange fleet and repair bill for approval.
- Manage directors credit card payment and claim
- Assist team lead in monthly account payables reconciliation reports;
- Filling & keeping record of all documents
- Responsible for general office administration and any others ad hoc duty assigned
- Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior.
Qualification:
- Accounting knowledge with computer literature
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
