  • Salary: Monthly salary with minimum RM3000, plus KPI incentive up to RM400

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Support: Assist customers with related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
