  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Patient & Carer Assistance

  • Assist patients and carers in selecting their meals and using the meal ordering system and tablet kiosks.
  • Ensure patients receive the correct food as per their selected orders
  • Help patients who need assistance by carrying their food to their table if required.

2. Meal Service Coordination.

  • Ensure smooth food distribution during the service times.
  • Double-check patient meal trays to avoid errors.
  • Assist in resolving minor meal-related issues and escalate concerns to the Manager.

3. Staff Meal Management

  • Ensure staff meal orders are accurately keyed into the system.
  • Collect and record payments for staff meals.

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Maintain a clean and organized service area before and after meal service.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.

5. Support & Reporting

  • Provide daily updates to the Manager on meal service operations.
  • Assist the Manager in any additional tasks related to front office operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
