Key Responsibilities
- Service Excellence: Greet guests cordially and serve food and drinks promptly with a focus on quality and presentation in diverse dining settings, including room service and complimentary dining areas.n.
- Guest Interaction: Listen to guests' questions and answer politely. Share basic menu info.
- Order Processing: Enter food and drink orders accurately using the point - of - sale system.
- Area Maintenance: Keep your work areas clean and tidy. Follow strict cleaning rules.
- Safety & Compliance: Stick to health and safety rules, especially for food handling. Join safety drills.
- Teamwork: Move between different dining venues as needed. Help your colleagues during busy times.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 6 - 12 months in food/beverage service. A Cruise or upscale dining experience is a plus.
- Customer Service: Be friendly and able to communicate basic information clearly.
- Knowledge: Know common food and drink items. Understand basic food safety.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Food service training is an advantage.
- Language: Basic English skills. More languages are a bonus.
- Appearance & Citizenship: No visible tattoos. Malaysian Citizen.
