Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services
- Follow sales scripts and pitch products in a persuasive manner
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
