Evo owns a few CPG brands focusing on high quality supplements. We’re currently operating in 10 markets and our team members are based out of Singapore and Indonesia. We have past experience working in big tech companies which includes Grab, Tiktok, Zalora, FoodPanda, Fave, Shopee, etc.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager / Executive to join our expanding Stryv team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You basically own a brand pillar within our range of ever-growing products and you do what it takes to strengthen your brand and make it grow.
- Marketing Campaign Strategy & Execution - Working with cross-functional teams (including management, creatives, influencer and performance managers) to create evergreen and thematic campaign strategy and storylines that can provide content and value to specific customer segments. This includes ideation, competitive analysis and digital touchpoints (social media, ads, EDMs etc.) that would effectively engage your target audience and hit business targets. This contributes to at least 80% of your key tasks.
- New Products & Markets - Planning out the growth levers, budget planning, managing campaign calendar, launch of new platforms, products (new complementary products under the same brand), audience segments and markets in existing platforms, coordinating with the respective teams to make sure that the operations is a success.
- Platform Optimisation & Budget Planning - Identifying social media, e-commerce platforms and new business channels to reach out to our customers, and to build social credibility through these sites. This also includes planning of the marketing budget spend, identifying revenue growth levers, and doing regular reviews/improvements to make sure sales targets are achieved (ie. paid media, website UI/UX, marketing places etc.)
- Performance Marketing & Budget Management- Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across paid and organic channels. Monitor, analyse, and optimize digital ad performance (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.). Identify and implement growth levers to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
- Strategy & Performance Tracking - Analytical in nature; providing regular strategic recommendations on existing and innovative paid/organic media executions. Tracking campaign performance and managing budgets on a regular basis to ensure earned media value is maximised through marketing investments. This contributes to at least 20% of your key tasks.
- E-commerce partnerships & Retail Marketing - Managing and maintaining good relationships with e-commerce marketplaces, complementary brands and brand ambassadors to maximise the brand’s online presence.
- B2B Marketing & Partnerships- Develop marketing strategies to support B2B sales growth, including partnerships with salons, retailers, and distributors. Identify and engage potential business clients, creating promotional materials tailored for B2B audiences. Work with the sales team to craft campaigns that enhance brand presence in wholesale and corporate sales. Manage relationships with corporate clients, providing marketing support for their promotional needs.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, or brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid media, social media marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing performance.
- Experience in e-commerce or beauty/personal care industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
