  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Coordinate and allocate service jobs to technicians.
  • Monitor the progress of each job to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Liaise with the Service Advisor to ensure accurate job instructions and customer concerns are clearly communicated.
  • Ensure all necessary parts and tools are available before job commencement.
  • Maintain accurate job status updates and ensure workshop schedule is followed efficiently.
  • Assist in estimating job durations and planning workload to optimize technician efficiency.
  • Ensure all repair and service work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and advice when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in automotive service operations or workshop management.
  • Minimum SKM Level 1
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
