User Acquisition Specialist | 用户增长专员欢迎应届毕业生
Salary Range: 3000-4500 rm for fresh graduates;
5000 to 8000 rm for associate level.
Senior applicants will be consider the other role.
岗位职责 | Responsibilities
负责公司产品的用户获取工作重点渠道包括 Facebook、Google、TikTok、Twitter 等主流媒体平台
独立制定并执行用户增长策略持续优化广告创意、受众定位及转化路径
分析投放数据评估渠道表现并提供可执行的优化建议
跟进市场趋势与竞品动态挖掘新的投放机会与媒体渠道
与设计、产品及数据团队紧密协作推动业务目标的实现。
Lead user acquisition efforts for key products, focusing on major paid media platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Twitter.
Develop and execute acquisition strategies independently, optimizing ad creatives, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess channel efficiency and provide actionable improvement insights.
Track market trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities and emerging media platforms.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and data teams to align efforts and drive user growth.
任职要求 | Requirements
有数字广告投放经验者优先需熟悉 Facebook Ads、Google Ads 等主流广告平台的操作与优化
不设学历门槛欢迎有相关经验或来自不同背景的候选人加入
具备良好的市场敏感度与数据分析能力
思维敏捷执行力强具备以结果为导向的工作习惯
具备良好的英文读写能力能够处理广告内容与跨团队沟通。
Prior experience in digital advertising is preferred, especially with hands-on knowledge of platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
No specific educational requirements—candidates with relevant experience or from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical skills and an eye for market trends.
Quick learner with solid execution abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
Good command of written and spoken English for handling campaign content and internal communication.、
