  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal audit standards.
  • Organize and facilitate employee training programs to support professional development.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process and provide support on performance-related matters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with legal obligations, including the Employment Act and mandatory contributions.
  • Execute HR initiatives and activities efficiently in line with company goals.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and manage payroll administration processes.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive employee records and documentation.

Requirement :

  • Minimum 5 year of working experience as a HR generalist at Senior Executive / Assistant Manager.
  • Strong experience in labour relations & possessed excellent working.
  • Knowledge of local labour legislations is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management / business administration / psychology or equivalent.
  • Language skills: bilingual – proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, statutory acts (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and IRB) andImmigration regulations.
  • IT knowledge & skills: including payroll software, work processing & spreadsheet programs, etc.
  • Technical HR knowledge & skills in staffing, employees’ relations, L&D, performance management and C&B.
  • Must be computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
