- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal audit standards.
- Organize and facilitate employee training programs to support professional development.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process and provide support on performance-related matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely compliance with legal obligations, including the Employment Act and mandatory contributions.
- Execute HR initiatives and activities efficiently in line with company goals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and manage payroll administration processes.
- Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive employee records and documentation.
Requirement :
- Minimum 5 year of working experience as a HR generalist at Senior Executive / Assistant Manager.
- Strong experience in labour relations & possessed excellent working.
- Knowledge of local labour legislations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management / business administration / psychology or equivalent.
- Language skills: bilingual – proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, statutory acts (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and IRB) andImmigration regulations.
- IT knowledge & skills: including payroll software, work processing & spreadsheet programs, etc.
- Technical HR knowledge & skills in staffing, employees’ relations, L&D, performance management and C&B.
- Must be computer literate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
