  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To manage and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production.
  • Monitor workflow, outputs, and production schedule to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Lead and supervise production staff, including line workers, technicians and supervisors.
  • Recruit, train and develop team members. Conduct performance review and address disciplinary issues when necessary
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the manufacturing process. Optimize use of materials, labour, and equipment to reduce

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering. Master's degree or MBA (prefer).
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing cable assembly, semiconductor industry. 2+ years in management role.
  • Hands on experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, quality control systems, safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • lean manufacturing or six sigma: 3 years (Required)
