- Prepare project report for every project for Project Manager
- To assist in organizing related incoming or ongoing projects for Project Controller.
- To monitor project plans, follow up on schedules and ensuring the project deliverables’ deadlines are met in a timely manner for Project Controller.
- To monitor and follow up with project action items’ owner for update.
- To record, monitor and filed up all receipt and issue of material.
- Verify and process sub-contractor claim with Project Manager and Project Controller to compile site project documentation.
- Initiate invoice issuance with complete document in accordance to project milestone
- Track and monitor bank guarantee, agreement, security deposit, defect liability period, etc.
- To perform general administrative and ad-hoc support.
Qualification:
- University graduate/diploma in administrative or accounting field
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Having experience in construction industry is advantage
- Must be organized, work independently, committed, and proactive
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of project management, M&E material knowledge is added advantage
- Required oral languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin oral skill is an added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Willing to work at Bandar Mahkota Cheras
