  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Function / Responsibilities :

1) Lead the production team to meet key performance indicator, mainly productivity, cost, quality and on time delivery

a. Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day operations

b. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

c. Constantly walk the factory floor to make sure all employees are performing they assigned tasks

d. Increase production, assets capability and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

e. Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures

f. Monitor and control the waste of row and packing materials

2) To meet sales volume and customer satisfaction

a. Analyze sales trend of each product, specifically local sales and working together with sales team to meet customer’s expectation and demands

b. Monitor the supply and demands of each product, especially during peak seasons, and plan production schedule to meet sales volume

c. Handle customer complaints and make corrective actions to address customer’s concerns

3) Managing quality program

a. Creating and enforcing quality control standard, and ensuring factory team work to established standards

b. Ensure adherence to quality standard and working together with QA/QC team in the effort of improving quality

c. Ensure compliance to MESTI and HALAL regulation

4) Work Environment, safety and health

a. Commit to plan safety procedures

b. Establish and enforce organization safety and health standard

c. Ensure compliance to legal regulations

d. Ensure all GMP, HALAL, BOMBA & JKKP requirements are strictly adhered

Job Specification / Requirements :

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and maintain strong team collaboration.
  • Experience in the oil industry is an added advantage.
