Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager with a strong Human Resource background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting HR functions to ensure a productive and compliant work environment. This role requires a versatile individual who is adept at handling day-to-day office operations while also supporting employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and other HR related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and services to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Manage office schedules, including meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Ensure office space is clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating any necessary maintenance or repairs including handling requirement with office Landlord.
- Manage office budgets and track expenses related to office supplies and equipment.
Human Resource Support:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and rules governed by the Company Handbook.
- Assist in employee performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development. Handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Provide support for employee relations issues, offering guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
