  • Responsible for managing International Sales accounts in meeting the company goals in terms of revenue, profitability and collection.
  • Develop business and strategy for multiple product line markets, sales leads, growth and prospects, including developing and maintaining international business partners and contacts.
  • Provide timely feedback/ reporting to management regarding international sales performance competitor activities, customer and market expectations & requirements.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of all costing, pricing, sales, expenses and related reports.
  • Prepare and conduct proposals/ presentations to customers, partners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Explore new markets and potential customers to establish sales pipeline and opportunities for sales.
  • To lead, coordinate and liaise with Suppliers, Partners and relevant departments/ teams to ensure customer satisfaction and that requirements are met on a timely basis.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the company or persons acting on behalf of the company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • Relevant Management experience in similar industry or sector.
  • Minimum 5 – 10 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Excellent Communication and Organization Skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Proven track record in Sales.
  • Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in foreign language is a plus.
