- Responsible for managing International Sales accounts in meeting the company goals in terms of revenue, profitability and collection.
- Develop business and strategy for multiple product line markets, sales leads, growth and prospects, including developing and maintaining international business partners and contacts.
- Provide timely feedback/ reporting to management regarding international sales performance competitor activities, customer and market expectations & requirements.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of all costing, pricing, sales, expenses and related reports.
- Prepare and conduct proposals/ presentations to customers, partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Explore new markets and potential customers to establish sales pipeline and opportunities for sales.
- To lead, coordinate and liaise with Suppliers, Partners and relevant departments/ teams to ensure customer satisfaction and that requirements are met on a timely basis.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the company or persons acting on behalf of the company.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- Relevant Management experience in similar industry or sector.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent Communication and Organization Skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Proven track record in Sales.
- Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
- Proficiency in foreign language is a plus.
