  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Handle all daily incoming messages/enquiries from various GHA/HQ/forwarders at Duty officer Desk/Hotlines. Provides services to import/export forwarders together with GHA Customer Services Representative Unit.
  • Handle all the cargo reservations issue including the booking creation and space confirmation beyond KUL. Asst Senior Cargo Sales Executive to monitor the uplifting of the cargo ex KUL, monitoring the service level.
  • Coordinate with Sales Executive for flight schedule changes or special handling required by GHA. Prepare Internal reports and update daily booking
  • Promote and create awareness of available freighter/belly space across MH networks to various agents by keeping in touch with all operational working level staff.
  • To delegate cargo sales/reservations functions to team members and demonstrate and share on the applicable knowledges and skills required to perform the functions and grow their roles to next level.
  • Monitoring the job performance and guide the daily job functions for Reservations Officers
  • Coordinate with HQ CP/RM team on the space allocation issues
  • Prepare for the flight performance report / Load factor report

Qualification & Working Experience

  • College graduate.
  • 3-5 years experiences in air cargo sales operation and handling area

    Area of Experience

    • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.
    • Good in MS office applications
    • knowledge in Cargo terminal warehouse/logistics management system will be advantageous.

      Personality Traits

      • Good interpersonal skills.
      • Good customer service skills.
      • Shift duty is required and willing to work long hours, weekend & holidays.
      • Attentive to details.
