Document Management:

  • Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing documents (hardcopy and electronic) in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure documents are properly categorized, filed, and easily retrievable.

    Control & Distribution:

    • Control issuance, distribution, and retrieval of project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, manuals, etc.).
    • Ensure only the latest revision of documents is in use at all times.

      Filing System & Tracking:

      • Establish and maintain structured filing systems (physical and electronic).
      • Track the status of documents and ensure timely updates or revisions are communicated to relevant teams.

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, or related field.
  • Degree holders in similar disciplines are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
