  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Contract Administration:

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts (including EPC, O&M, consultancy, procurement, and service agreements).
  • Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Maintain updated contract templates, procedures, and internal guidelines.

    Risk & Compliance Management:

    • Identify and mitigate contractual risks in project execution and procurement.
    • Work closely with legal and project teams to address contractual issues and resolve disputes.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to contract obligations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, AIAC, IACCM, or related contract management credentials) are an added advantage.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale project contracts and dealing with government-linked companies (GLCs) or international clients.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, PAM, or bespoke contracts), and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
