We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our e-Invoice management and accounting operations. The primary responsibility will be to monitor and ensure all expense transactions are properly submitted through the MyInvois portal and comply with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log in to the MyInvois portal daily (minimum 2–3 hours per day) to monitor the status of all e-Invoice submissions.
  • Ensure every expense record has a corresponding e-Invoice properly issued and submitted.
  • Handle withholding tax-related submissions where applicable.
  • Identify and follow up on any missing, pending, or rejected invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for invoice processing.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of all e-Invoice activities.
  • Perform light administrative tasks related to accounting and documentation if needed.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in e-Invoice submission and handling withholding tax.
  • Familiarity with SQL Cloud or other cloud-based accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, responsible, and consistent in daily monitoring and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and stable internet access.

Working Arrangement:

  • Remote work available.
  • Must be able to commit daily for system monitoring and updates.
  • Support ad hoc sales support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
