Admin Assistant
Working Location: Icon City, Petaling Jaya, Selangor (1)
Job Scope:
- Handle documentation and filing.
- Maintain records.
- Perform salary calculations.
- Arrange interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Prepare and issue invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain petty cash records and staff claim records.
- Manage stockkeeping and inventory records.
- Bank in cheques when required.
- Keep and update staff leave and MC records.
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree
- Experience at least 1-2 year in Administration field
- Good multi-tasking skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- On-job necessary training will be provided
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Salary:
- Contracts / Permanent : RM2,000.00 – RM2,200.00
