Admin Assistant

Working Location: Icon City, Petaling Jaya, Selangor (1)

Job Scope:

  • Handle documentation and filing.
  • Maintain records.
  • Perform salary calculations.
  • Arrange interviews and manage the hiring process.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and purchase orders.
  • Maintain petty cash records and staff claim records.
  • Manage stockkeeping and inventory records.
  • Bank in cheques when required.
  • Keep and update staff leave and MC records.
  • Assist with any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma / Degree
  • Experience at least 1-2 year in Administration field
  • Good multi-tasking skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • On-job necessary training will be provided
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Salary:

  • Contracts / Permanent : RM2,000.00 – RM2,200.00
