Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the food and beverage sector, utilizing their expertise in technical sales and territory management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify market opportunities and analyze competitor activities
- Conduct inside sales activities including cold calling to generate leads
- Utilize Salesforce or similar tools to track sales progress and customer interactions
- Upsell products and services to existing clients
- Manage assigned territories effectively to maximize sales potential
Requirements
- Proven 2-3 years experience in sales, with a focus on the food and beverage industry.
- Experience as hotelier and in fine dining is added advantage.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales strategies
- Proficiency in territory management and prioritization of lead
- Education: Preferably Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the HoReCa industry and trends.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
