  • Experience in providing front desk services to the residents such as
collection of maintenance fees, process of card access, renovation and move
in/out application and booking of facilities.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly filed accordingly for easy reference
and access.
  • To be responsible for the collection of payment.
  • To assist Account cum Admin in the preparation and issuing of monthly
invoice to be posted.
  • Handle issuance of car parking access card/sticker and resident cards.
  • Perform administrative functions in the management office.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of
written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an
added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
  • Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate
solutions.
  • Good team player and ability to work well with others.
  • Undertake duties as may be communicated to you from time to time by your
superior.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Condominium Management environment.
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience on account system such as CSS, QnE,
UBS and etc.
