
HR cum Admin Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling both human resource and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
· Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees
· Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats
· Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant information
· Assist in leave tracking, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
· Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters
Administration:
· Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
· Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean and organized work environment
· Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required
· Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, letters, and other documents
· Support any additional tasks as assigned by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
