  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized shopping experiences and building lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of products, including features, craftsmanship, and brand story, to effectively communicate value.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store targets through active engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Support in-store visual merchandising to ensure an attractive and consistent brand presentation.
  • Handle inventory-related tasks such as stock replenishment, transfers, and accurate reporting.
  • Guide and support junior team members by sharing best practices in sales and customer service.
  • Professionally manage customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in promotional activities and brand events, representing the store with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance customer engagement and product positioning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in any field is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or luxury products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor.
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
