Location: Kuala Lumpur - Bangsar Shopping Center Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns. Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to guide decisions. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry-specific sales, e.g., health & wellness, pharmaceuticals, etc.]. Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
