  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a CNC TURNING MACHINE PROGRAMER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Develop complex CNC turning programs • Program complex profiles involving undercuts, grooves, and threads. • Use CAD/CAM integration for efficient program generation. • Create parametric programs using custom macros. • Apply high-speed machining (HSM) techniques in programming. • Program synchronization for dual-spindle operations. • Design modular subroutines for family parts. • Integrate probing routines into the turning cycle. • Apply multi-start threading cycles accurately. • Customize post-processors for various CNC controls. • Write and debug conversational CNC code • Apply inverse feedrate (G93) in multi-axis turning. • Optimize dwell times to reduce tool wear • Utilize look-ahead control features in programming. • Implement chip evacuation strategies via code control. • Use cutting simulation tools to validate program efficiency. • Program tool life management into CNC controllers. • Update and maintain a digital program library. • Design efficient machining sequences to reduce cycle time. • Conduct machining time studies for cost estimation. • Analyze cutting forces and reduce chatter via program changes. • Develop process control plans for turning operations. • Apply lean manufacturing principles to programming methods. • Eliminate non-value-added movements in toolpaths. • Design tooling layouts to enable minimal setup time. • Analyze chip formation to recommend program improvements. • Develop multi-operation turning cycles with tool synchrony. • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in turning processes • Optimize tool engagement angles in contouring operations. • Utilize back turning strategies for difficult features • Program for interrupted cuts on castings or forgings. • Create setup reduction strategies using quick-change tooling.
