Job description: - Implement and maintain the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). - Conduct internal & external & customer audits of the IMS to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement ESG strategies in line with corporate objectives. Monitor and report on ESG performance, ensuring transparency and accountability. Coordinating and monitoring the ESG (SDG) reporting and data compilation. - Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory, IMS, ESG reports and filings to regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner. - Train employees on compliance, IMS, ESG policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring awareness and understanding across the organization. - Ensure the company’s compliance with company law and corporate governance standards. - Assist in corporate secretarial duties, including board resolutions and annual filings. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or other professional qualification. - In-depth knowledge of integrated management principles, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and ESG). - Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IMS (ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001) and ESG. - Experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. - Strong knowledge of company law and corporate governance standards. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
