Job Description: Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper. Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable. Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages. Greet customers and provide information. Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Assist in the preparation of reports and documents. Assist with other administrative duties as needed. Multitasking and well organized. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM & above. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
