  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A leading MNC in new energy industry is looking for Logistics Executive to support the logistics operations.

Job Scope:

  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents such as air waybills (AWB), bills of lading (B/L), customs declarations, and dangerous goods documentation.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery, addressing any issues or delays with freight forwarders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and 3PL partners to align on delivery schedules and transportation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, costs, and logistics performance metrics.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding (experience in hazardous goods handling is a plus).
  • Familiarity with logistics documentation and international shipping processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems such as SAP, Oracle, or any TMS/WMS platform.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
