  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary duties include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant floor, and ensuring that our guests' needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Assist guests in choosing menu items and provide recommendations when necessary.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Ensure guests’ dining experience is pleasant by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Clear and clean tables after guests finish dining.

Restaurant Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant floor.
  • Ensure that the dining area is fully stocked with necessary items (e.g., utensils, napkins, condiments).
  • Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant as required.

Teamwork:

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist colleagues during busy times to ensure efficient operations.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
  • Ensure that all restaurant equipment is handled properly and safely.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in F&B or customer service roles is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on providing great customer service.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good physical stamina for standing and moving around during shifts.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
