  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Perform quality checks (roast color, % moisture, grind analysis, weights, etc.) of raw material and product soon after a grinder/packing line has undergone an item change.
  • Document results of quality checks.
  • Identify and segregate non-conforming goods for proper disposition and notify QA superior or Manager.
  • Visually inspect returned goods delivered by warehouse and, if necessary, perform analysis on goods and record results
  • Determine disposition of returned goods.
  • Receive and analyze certain customer complaints
  • Retrieve production samples (after deemed acceptable) of each blend and forward to Cupping Lab for sensory analysis
  • Ensure physical blend "target" samples are properly maintained and updated.
  • Perform general daily housekeeping in the work area to maintain a quality/safe working environment.
  • Collect, organize and set up product samples for sensory cupping.
  • Prepare or collect samples for external third-party lab testing.
  • Assist in handling Halal application, renewal, as well as other matters with local authorities (e.g., Health Certificate, etc.) whenever required
  • Other duties assigned by superior and Head of Department.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science or any related field.
  • Good interpersonal communication, team player with positive working attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
