We are seeking a short-term Administrative Assistant to join us for 3 months. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage daily office operations, and contribute to the efficiency of our organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to monitor and guide students
- Act as the first point of contact for parent or customer
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
- Providing general administrative support as needed
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems
- Ensure the office is tidy, clean and functional, including managing office equipment and scheduling maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Occasionally may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate company events or urgent tasks
Requirements:
- Min. SPM qualification, preferably pass with credits in English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8.00 - RM10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
