Business Development Executive
We are looking for bright and highly motivated individuals with solid work ethics to join our team.
As our business development executive, you will be working with our Business Development team to provide high quality and effective business development and marketing support to the firm.

Responsibilities: -
1. Finding clients: Identify potential high-value clients, organise meetings, provide background research, prepare firm and team profiles, produce a focused business proposal/presentations, attend networking events.
2. Client management: Connect inquiries with the right team, respond to inquiries, procure clients' feedback and testimonials and maintain active client relationships.
3. Marketing Collaterals: Identify and establish relationships with collaborating organisations for business developments. Work closely collaborating parties to promote the services and expertise of the Firm.
4. Strategy Planning: Monitor and evaluate industry and client trends, develop and implement business development strategies, improve existing practices. Prepare and update the promotional materials including product and service packages.
5. Content and Social Media Marketing: Propose, procure and manage content, manage website, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, newsletter, graphics and video editing.
6. Event Management: Provide support and coordinate online and in-person events (meetings, webinars, talks, training, team building and conferences etc). Organise and host webinars of the firm on Zoom Meeting and/or Zoom Webinar including preparing the sharing materials, managing the hosting platforms, responding to queries of participants, and post-production of webinar recordings."
7. Public Relations: Identify suitable advertising publications to better enhance the presence of the firm. Coordinate the scheduling and submission of numerous ranked publications, legal directories, awards and related industry guides.
8. Operations Support: assist the operations team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
(a) Bachelor's Degree (Law/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent).
(b) A candidate who has legal knowledge (e.g. law graduate) will be a plus point.
(c) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
(d) Passionate about business.
(e) Highly motivated, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
(f) Result and goal-oriented, willing to learn and creative with solutions-finding.
(g) Great organizational and analytical skills, attention to details, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, follow-up, meet deadlines.
(h) Excellent leadership, teamwork, problem-solving skills, confidence, honest, respectful.
(i) Good interpersonal skill to collaborate with multiple cultures and backgrounds in the Firm.
(j) Computer and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, WordPress, graphic design, video editing) will be a plus point.
