Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, reports, and budgets
- Process payments, invoices, and expenses with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly closing processes
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
- Support in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when necessary
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
