Location Coverage: Klang Valley The following is a list of responsibilities for managing and strengthening the Nationwide Field Force to increase brand presence and improve sales: - Identify and assign capable Field Force to specific outlets. - Allocate/relocate Field Force to maximize return on investment. - Assist in setting monthly sell-out targets for the Field Force, monitor progress, and report to management. - Assist in managing dealers and Field Force agencies for optimal system functionality. - Continuously provide coaching, guidance, and training to Field Force for improvement. - Monitor stocking shelves and setting up displays according to planograms. - Visit stores regularly to ensure Field Force and company are in tip-top condition. - Constantly review, provide feedback, and discuss with Sales Lead for Field Force, Sell-out, and store improvement. - Conduct competitive surveys and provide suggestions to improve store sell-out. - Assist or participate in events/roadshows for set-up, sales monitoring, and improvement. - Ensure Field Force is compliant with company Standard Operating Procedures. - Prepare sales reports and analysis for management. - Provide feedback to support the development and execution of the Field Force to management. - Perform other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field. - Be technologically savvy, dynamic, and a creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. - Have basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. - Possess strong leadership and people management skills. - Have excellent communication and organizational skills. - Be able to think analytically and think out of the box to improve sell-out and operations. - Be willing to travel outstation.
