  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations? We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional service to our customers while managing their needs and queries.

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate customer appointments and attend to all customers’ enquiries
  • To perform accurate repair estimates for the customers.
  • To liaise and negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters and insurance person-in-charge.
  • Communicate efficiently with the aftersales team on the parts availability and repair lead time in order to advise the customer on the promised delivery date.
  • To liaise with sub-contractors on repair completion targets within stipulated time frame.
  • To achieve budgeted B&P Sales, Intake targets and Customer Satisfaction level.
  • To upload all the necessary mandatory documents in the Merimen system.
  • To ensure all documents are complete before releasing the vehicle to the customers.
  • To do supplementary claims where needed.
  • To support all service marketing promotions and campaigns.
  • To update the necessary reports on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Performs any other duties that may be delegated from Manager from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
  • Confident, dynamic and highly customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work under fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft Office.
